Cake Order/Design Changes:

  • Any changes requested within 3 days of the event date cannot be guaranteed and may be subject to additional charges.

  • All design elements are open to creative interpretation. Each decorator has their own unique style therefore exact replicas are not possible. Unless Lulu Bell Cakes, LLC damages the items, there will be no refunds concerning design. Please view photos in order to understand typical styles and techniques.

  • Should you feel that your cake was baked improperly, please wrap up a slice and bring it to Lulu Bell Cakes, LLC for inspection. If it is deemed that the cake was baked improperly, you will receive a 15% refund of the cake price (not including stand rentals or delivery fee).

  • There will be no refunds for any reason after the items have been delivered or picked up unless the above situations have occurred. Lulu Bell Cakes, LLC will not be held responsible for any damage done by you, the staff of the venue, party guests, or natural element occurrences (ie. weather, insects, etc.).

 

Cake Pickup:

  • You must provide a flat, secure place in your vehicle for transportation. Please drive carefully and take care when turning.

  • Cakes require an optimal temperature of 75 degrees or below. Please note that should your car be too hot, it may have a drastic and adverse effect on the cake.

  • Lulu Bell Cakes, LLC is not responsible for any damage to the cake after pickup is complete. You are responsible for providing an appropriate and secure location for the cake.

  • If you damage your cake and it requires repairs, you will incur a minimum fee of $50. Additional repair fees will be determined on a case by case basis by Lulu Bell Cakes, LLC.

  • Buttercream cakes are best stored in the refrigerator if picked up more than 4 hours in advance.

  • Fondant cakes may be left out of the refrigerator if you have a cool, dark location to store it in.

  • Fondant cakes may be stored in the refrigerator, however condensation may occur when taken out of the refrigerator and cause the fondant to become soft again.

  • Cakes must be taken out of the refrigerator a few hours before consuming for optimal temperature and texture.

 

Delivery & Set-up:​

  • Lulu Bell Cakes, LLC is not responsible for any damage to the cake after set-up is complete. You are responsible for providing an appropriate and secure table and environment for the cake. Cakes/cupcakes are heavy and require a sturdy table and an optimal room temperature of 75 degrees or below. Please note that direct sunlight and temperatures of 75 degrees and higher may have drastic and adverse effects on any cake.

  • A photo will be taken of your order once the set-up is complete. *Please note that we reserve the right to use any photographs for our own reference or for display/promotion without compensation to you.*

  • If an accident occurs during the transportation of your cake and the cake is ruined beyond repair, Lulu Bell Cakes will travel to the closest grocery store or bakery to provide cake for your event. A FULL refund will be given to you if this shall happen.

 

Allergies:

  • Lulu Bell Cakes, LLC products may contain or come into contact with milk, wheat, nuts, soy, and other allergens. You agree to notify guests of this risk for any allergic reactions.

  • Lulu Bell Cakes, LLC is not responsible for any allergic reactions to guests consuming this product.
